About Me

BA (McGill), MIS (Montréal), MA (Guelph)

I received my MIS (Master of Information Science) from the Université de Montréal in 2001 and my MA in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from the University of Guelph in 2009. My research interests include the development and evaluation of emerging services, developing services for traditionally underrepresented groups and understanding how oppressed and powerless groups use information to pursue collective goals.
