Ingenta/UnCover is a database service that offers:

Tables of contents
For over 20,000 journals in all subject areas.
A document delivery service
To faculty and graduate students who establish personal profiles.
An "alerting' service"
To faculty and graduate students who establish personal profiles. Each user may receive "table of contents" information for up to 50 journals currently indexed in Ingenta. Users can also save up to 25 keyword and/or author searches that are run against the database weekly. The results are sent to the user by e-mail. The user must have an e-mail address that includes the Guelph domain; e.g. jdoe@uoguelph.ca. Only ONE profile is needed to order articles and use the "alerting" service.

Please note that:

The Library will only pay for articles that cost $25(US) or less.
Articles costing more than $25(US) can be obtained by TUGdoc or Interlibrary Loan.
Only articles from journals not subscribed to by the University of Guelph Library can be ordered.
Some articles are available immediately in electronic format (PDF or HTML). If not available electronically, the article can be faxed within 24-48 hours, during normal business hours.
some articles will not be available due to copyright restrictions.
Delivery by ARIEL workstation is also available. ARIEL provides high quality copies. If your department does not have an ARIEL machine, you may direct your orders to the Library ARIEL machine at 131.104.66.22. The documents will be mailed to you.
