Open carrels and tables are provided for individual study on the basement floor and on the second, third, fifth, and sixth floors of the McLaughlin Library and in the OVC Learning Commons.
There are many study carrels and tables available in both libraries which all students and faculty may use. In the McLaughlin Library they are distributed throughout the building. As well, undergraduates may use the research carrels, but must yield use to the assigned user when asked.
Research carrels and study offices may be booked for research. They are available in the McLaughlin Library only.
Quiet study areas are on the lower level (basement), 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th floors of the McLaughlin Library.
Group study rooms are available for group work (minimum 2 occupants) on the 2nd to 6th floors of the McLaughlin Library. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis - there are no advanced bookings.
