Our major catalogue of Library resources, Primo provides access to millions (yes, millions)
of items including electronic journals, books, journals, videos, films, DVDs and CD-ROMs (just to mention a few different formats).
- The Atrium
A platform for collecting, preserving and disseminating the University of Guelph's intellectual output. Content includes scholarly resources, in virtually all formats and media, that are created by, published by, or sponsored by the university community.

- Electronic Books
UofG subscribes to several huge databases of full-text online books, including
Safari's Tech Books Online.
- Electronic Journals List
A searchable and browsable database of the electronic journals to which UofG subscribes.
- Journal Articles
The Library's Journal Articles section is a clearinghouse for the myriad of electronic databases
to which the University of Guelph subscribes. Access is through your computer but you must log in to
your Guelph account if you are off-campus.
- Local Open Access Journals
A collection of open access journals published at the University of Guelph.
- Archival & Special Collections
Contains a wealth of archival material, some in digital form, including an extensive Lucy Maud Montgomery
- Statistical & Geospatial Data (Data Resource Centre)
The DRC, a partner in the Learning Commons and with Tri-University Data Resources, facilitates access to statistical
and numerical data. Come here for census data, satellite photos etc.

The University of Guelph Library contains resources from municipal, provincial, international, and non-governmental organizations. It is also a federal government depository library.
- Theses & Dissertations
An important resource for graduate students, the Library's thesis and dissertation collection is extensive.
The Library provides access to newspapers from all over the world. Some are in hardcopy (paper and microfilm) but our online collection is easily accessible and searched.
