Anyone can use printed cookbooks in the Culinary Collections by visiting the University of Guelph Library's Archival and Special Collections. However, for those who are not from the Guelph area, certain volumes can be accessed via the worldwide web. New selections are added all the time, so please come back.

With its 5,000 volumes, the Culinary Collection is vast and digitization is a large undertaking.
