
While we endeavour to ensure that all reserve documents open properly in the major browsers, there may be times when you will experience difficulties opening specific documents. Please try the following if you are having trouble connecting to online course reserve items:
Ensure that you have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat installed as some reserve documents may be created for a specific recent version of the PDF reader.
It is recommended that you turn off all pop-up blockers as they may interfere with the viewing of electronic reserve documents since they open in a separate window. Pop-up blocking may be browser or firewall based so investigate both options.
While most documents will open in most of the popular browsers, there have been some problems viewing PDFs in Internet Explorer. If you experience blank screens or an error message when attempting to view a PDF, try an alternate browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Opera. Always use the most recent version of the browser software that is available.
