
City of Ottawa
City of Ottawa air photos cover the new City of Ottawa and also extend across the river to include Aylmer, Hull, and Gatineau. The air photos were taken from the 22 May 2002 to 7 June 2002. These air photos have been fully ortho rectified based on a 50m DEM with breakline information and approximately 200 ground control measurements. The 1:15,000 colour air photos from the City are available in a MrSid format. The original air photo images were mosaiced together and compressed using MrSid. (Information: Carleton University GIS)
