The program of supplemental service includes instruction in generic research skills; development of on-line resources; individual and small group support; and information and awareness sessions on services through campus outreach activities.
These sessions are one-shot optional sessions on a variety of topics. They are geared toward a variety of users from basic skills for undergraduates to advanced techniques for graduate students, staff, and faculty. They are often general in nature but may be discipline specific, and cover ACRL Information Literacy Competency Standards.

Students have the option of using one of our self-paced online tutorials. For the most part, they are designed to be at an introductory level, but may also be used as reinforcement for previously learned material. This is an appropriate accommodation for distance learners or any other student for whom the classroom format is unsuitable.
