Text Size: S M L XL

Customized Sessions

Customized sessions may be requested to:

  • Orient new students to the library and to scholarly research and
  • introduce classes or groups to the major research tools in specific disciplines, with an emphasis on the use and comparative value of these resources and how they fit into the context of the research process.

Guidelines

Instructors are strongly recommended to meet with the librarian during their course outline and assignment design phase. This is the best way to ensure that the assignment is designed with information literacy learning outcomes and that any instruction will be appropriately placed.

If this is not possible the please request your instruction session at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
