Creative Trust

Dates:
1998-2010
Based in Toronto, Creative Trust operated out of Toronto as a support for mid sized music, theatre and dance companies. Its purpose was to assess and aid in improving the financial standing of these companies. It was pre-dominantly a fundraiser but also developed programs related to organizational health and sustainability.

Beginning in 2008, new initiatives were launched to help theatres attain the capital needed to ensure the organization’s future. In 2012, the Creative Trust partnered with the Toronto Arts Foundation in order to ensure the continuance of their initiative and has since ceased operation.

This fonds consists of minutes, planning documents, reports, clippings, financial records and video recordings.
