Each semester, the library hosts a series of workshops focusing on controlling academic stress. The Control Academic Stress workshop series is placed strategically in the year—the time between midterms and final exams—so that students can have the tools they need.
The series is designed to help students learn the skills and strategies needed to cope with the stress that comes from exam pressure, project deadlines and a heavy workload. Topics such as reducing procrastination, understanding perfectionism and preparing for exams are covered in these workshops.
Students can register for one or all the workshops in the series.
