Virtual Yoga 

Tuesday, April 12th 10 to 10:45 a.m. 

Join the library for a virtual yoga session! The combined benefits of moving your body and practicing mindfulness through yoga will help you refocus your mind and study more effectively. All you need is a yoga mat or towel and clothes you can move around in and anything else that would make your practice cozy. Register for Virtual Yoga through LibCal

Study Snacks Giveaway  

Wednesday, April 13, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 

Drop by the first floor of the library for some healthy snacks to fuel your studies! The snacks will be given out on a first-come first-served basis until supplies are gone.

Healthy Eating as Self-Care with SNAP

Drop by the SNAP booth on the first floor of the library to learn about taking care of your physical health during exams through healthy eating.   

Virtual Chair Yoga and Mindfulness  

Tuesday, April 19th 10 to 10:45 a.m.  

Get your body moving without even leaving your chair! By taking a study break, moving your body and practicing mindfulness, you’ll come back to your studies refreshed and refocused. Enter our Bingo Card Contest 

Do you want a chance to win and learn helpful wellness and study tips? Enter our bingo card contest happening at the library! Here are the rules to enter:  

  • Complete five items in a row, column, or diagonal to get a chance to win one of four $25 hospitality gift cards 
  • To enter the contest, you must submit a photo of your completed bingo card by April 18 at 11:59 p.m. to libcomm@uoguelph.ca 
  • For an extra entry, share a photo or video of you completing one of the items on the card and tag us @uglibrary on Instagram or Twitter 
  • Complete one or both of the bingo cards – each completed card is worth one entry
