Mental Well-Being Awareness Week at U of G

A series of events surrounding mental health awareness happening on campus and at the library

November 4th to 10th is Mental Well-Being Awareness Week at U of G. It’s a week where campus brings awareness to mental health initiatives and resources available for students, staff and faculty. This year, we’ve created a book display that highlights mental well-being. There is also a digital display that emphasizes some of our electronic resources.

The library is also taking part in a number of events happening around campus, including a courtyard resource fair and a workshop series that tackles common exam-time stressors. All events are free and are an opportunity to learn strategies and techniques that help to better understand your mental health.
