University of Guelph Joins HathiTrust

University of Guelph is now a member of Hathi Trust, a global collaboration of research and academic libraries working towards its mission to ensure that the cultural record is preserved and accessible long into the future.

Hathi Trust holds the world’s largest set of digitized books managed by the academic, research, and library community.

Here's how you can access millions of titles digitized from libraries around the world:

  1. Go to HathiTrust website https://www.hathitrust.org/
  2. Click Log In
  3. Type Guelph on the  “find your partner institution”
  4. Log in using your U of G single sign on credentials

You can view and download full-book PDF files of all Public Domain and Creative Commons-licensed volumes.

NOTE: U of Guelph is not currently participating in the Emergency Temporary Access Service (ETAS) program  https://www.hathitrust.org/ETAS-Description  which allows libraries to provide limited access to digital versions of in-copyright print titles to their community members in a very limited way if the title is also held in print by the member library.
