Mental Well-Being Awareness Week
During this time of year, school is busy, the weather turns colder, and it’s normal to feel the stress of it all. This month, and all others, it’s important to take care of yourself and your mental health.
In support of Mental Well-Being Awareness Week on campus (November 11 to November 15) the library has a library guide that lists mental health resources. The University of Guelph and the library are strongly committed to supporting students in reaching their full academic and personal potential and as such the library has also organized a book display accessible to the entire U of G community to find some support.
The display is up from November 4 to November 29 and highlights items from our Gryph Reads Collection that touch on the issues of mental health. Located on the first floor in the Gryph Reads area, the mental well-being display will also offer take-a-ways from Student Wellness Services and a mental well-being bingo card.
