Elizabeth Baird, C. M. is a food writer and the former executive food editor of Canadian Living Magazine. She is the author of over 25 books and was made a Member of the Order of Canada in 2013. Gifted by Elizabeth Baird, this fonds contains her personal library of cookbooks, which are catalogued individually. Her library includes manuscript, published, and advertising cookbooks from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
