Group study rooms
Book a small group study room for your small group.
The lower level, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th floors have dedicated quiet areas.
There are a limited number of closed, individual study offices for graduate students to book for one semester of your degree degree program. Apply in person at the Ask Us Desk.
Faculty & librarians on study or research leave can apply for a maximum of one year.
The Writing Room
Located in Room 113 on the first floor of the library, the Writing Room is a space designed for writers of any level to find quiet and comfort away from the busy happenings of campus. This room is equipped with six desks and is available for all faculty, visiting scholars, and students at U of G. To reserve a desk or for more information see the Writing Room Schedule on WCOnline.
Lockers are available for semester-long loans to registered graduate students. Apply at the Ask Us Desk.
Student Accessibility Services (SAS) study rooms
SAS study offices are located on the 6th floor. Students registered with SAS can book accessible study rooms for up to 5 hours each day; the maximum individual booking length is 3 consecutive hours. SAS study rooms may be booked 48 hours in advance. Contact Library Accessibility Services staff at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a room via email, or drop by the Ask Us Desk for more information.
