Includes pictures, 46 colour postcards, booklets, articles, correspondence, and books related to ships and shipbuilding in Scotland; 3 prints (in mats) of steamships "Clutha no. 11", "Warlight", and "Lucy Ashton." Oversize file [XS2 MS A029] contains 3 large colour prints (1 in mat) of steamships "Lucy Ashton", "King Edward and "Duchess of Rothesay", and "TRSS Queen Mary" and includes small brass plaques. Other titles in the collection include: Clyde Pleasure Steamers, The Talisman, Jeanie Deans, Beardmore Built, Memories of the Clyde, Steamers of the Clyde, Famous Ships of the Clyde, Echoes of Old Clyde Paddle-Wheels, Clyde River and Other Steamers, Queen Mary, Maid of the Loch, The Sea Routes to Arran, and Steamers of the Highlands and Islands.
