If you’re a community member, designated OMAFRA researcher, or an alumni registered with the library and you’ve forgot your Omni password, you can reset it by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the Omni Password Reset utility
  2. Enter your barcode, or the email address you provided the library, and click the SEND button
  3. You’ll receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password
  4. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive our email message in less than 15 minutes
