Carousel Players

The Carousel Players is a company geared toward a younger audience. It was established in 1972 by Desmond Davis, a Drama Professor at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. It is designed for children ages five to fifteen and encourages innovation and the creation of new works for these school aged children.
Not only does Carousel Players offer programming during the school year, there are also several theatre camps that run in the summer time. These include musical theatre, puppetry and a partnership with the Shaw Festival for the Shaw Acting Intensive for Youth program.
