The majority of pages are blank. For each regiment there is a partial list of colonels, ca late 18th to late 19th centuries. There is a more detailed history for the 91st Princess Louises Argyllshire Highlanders, the 92nd Gordon Highlanders, the 93rd Sutherland Highlanders, and Rifle Brigade (Prince Consort's Own). Each regimental history deals with the regiment's inception and the campaigns it was involved in. Included in the register are regiments numbered from the 85th to 109th, including 87th Royal Irish Fusiliers and the 100th Prince of Wales's Royal Canadian.
