We would like to inform library patrons of an upcoming change to all uoguelph.ca and guelphhumber.ca accounts.
Beginning on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, all students, faculty, and staff will be directed to sign on through Microsoft’s login page that will replace the current Single Sign On (SSO) process and require users to use Multi-factor Authentication to verify their identity. No service interruptions are anticipated as a result of this change. All users will be automatically directed to the new Microsoft SSO page beginning on February 21 solely for the following services:

GryphMail/Outlook

Microsoft Services
-
Course Reserves (ARES)
-
Omni
-
Library Off Campus Access
It is important to note that while the above services are included in the new SSO process, not all services at U of G and Guelph-Humber are. There may be occasions where patrons are required to log in through both SSO processes depending on the services they are accessing. This will only occur during the transitional stage while all services that require a log in are migrated to the new SSO process.
