Tuesday, March 3

  • 12 p.m. - Opening/Icebreaker
  • 1 p.m. – Keynote: Neuroaffirming Procrastination Prevention Strategies
  • 2 p.m. - Slay the procrastination dragon
  • 3 p.m. - Monotasking
  • 4 p.m. - Emotional regulation
  • 5 p.m. - Productive procrastination: delay with purpose and make procrastination work for you
  • 6 p.m. - Write note: breaking barriers
  • 7 p.m. - Artificial intelligence and integrity: cite it right

Wednesday, March 4

  • 12 p.m. – Am I meant to be here? Imposter syndrome and university performance
  • 1 p.m. – Small steps, big wins: Peer perspectives on avoiding procrastination
  • 2 p.m. – Write on! Pushing past procrastination in academic writing
  • 3 p.m. – Making it yours: Managing unstructured time
  • 4 p.m. – Cognitive load, fear, and the art of not starting
  • 5 p.m. – “Throw your phone on the roof” improving focus and attention
  • 6 p.m. – Trauma informed approaches to understanding procrastination
  • 7 p.m. – From writing procrastination to writing productivity

Thursday, March 5

  • 12 p.m. – The write start: overcoming procrastination by getting started
  • 2 p.m. – Take the plunge: 3 strategies to manage your time
  • 3 p.m. – “How I raised my GPA”: National student panel
  • 5 p.m. – Evil geniuses and empowerment: Meaningful writing strategies and procrastination
  • 6 p.m. – Time management strategies for neurodiversity
  • 7 p.m. – Writing productivity
