Workshops happening this semester 

The library’s workshop calendar has been updated with a full slate of workshops and programming. Workshops and programs offered this semester include: 

• Faculty Writing Retreat – May 5 to 9  

• Writing in the Sciences – May 13 

• Data Skills (focusing on software like Qualtrics and ArcGIS) – Starts May 14 

• Write to Publish – Starts May 20 

• EAL Pronunciation and Conversation – Starts May 27 

• Graduate Accountability Group – Starts May 29  

• Procrastination, Perfectionism, and Imposter Phenomenon for Graduate Students and Upper Year Undergrads – June 11 

• Strategic Reading for Graduate Students and Upper Year Undergrads– June 18 

• EAL Writing Retreat – June 23 to 26 

• Presentation Skills for Graduate Students and Upper Year Undergrads– June 25 

• Dissertation Writing Retreat (DWR) – July 7 to July 11 (Application is required. Applications are due by May 30, 2025. Learn more about DWR).

• Thesis Writing Workshop Series – Starts July 7
